I seem to like best whatever season happens to be here but it’s hard to beat 75 degrees with clear skies and no one else on the lake. We’ve had a few of those lately.
We floated near the island for lunch Monday and the eagle eye goes not to the eagle but to Sally for spotting it in a tree near where we had been parked for the better part of an hour. It’s the same tree just SW of the island where I got shots a couple months or so ago.
Kathy D. wakes up before we do and got this sunrise this morning. It was already fading when I first looked outside. Sailors are supposed to take warning but so far today all we’ve had is gray. We do need the rain. Mike
