The Birds of Summer

  • Salisbury Congregational Church (map)

Join Bird Diva Bridget Butler for an evening talking about summer birds. Who are they, where are they, and what are they up to during the summer? We'll take a look at interesting behaviors, family dynamics and drama, and the transition into fall. Bridget will show photos from Vermont bird photographers and stories from her birding adventures during her more than 20 years working in conservation and environmental education. A frequent contributor to news stations and VPR, she has worked for the Audubon Society in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and runs her business, Bird Diva Consulting, from St. Albans.

Free and Open to the Public. Brought to you by the Salisbury Historical Society, the Lake Dunmore/Fern Lake Association, and the Salisbury Conservation Commission.
